Collective Soul and Sneaky Sunday @ Tongue and Groove

August 14, 2008

Sneaky Sunday is quickly becoming one of the biggest party thrower’s in Atlanta. After capacity crowds at Opera and Maxim Prime at the Glenn Hotel, Sneaky is doing it again, and this time, on a big stage, as co-hosts with 1800 tequila of the official after party to Collective Soul, Live, and Blues Traveler’s summer tour.

Tongue and Groove will play host to a private, invite only party this Sunday night that promises to be wild.

Collective Soul, Live and Blues Traveler will be playing at Chastain Park Sunday night before the party. Chastain Park in Buckhead is one of the south’s premier amphitheaters.

Check back for pictures from the show and the after party. A special thanks to Tongue and Groove, 1800 Tequila, Proximo Spirits, Collective Soul, and our very own, Dean Roland.

Also, check out Sneaky Sunday.TV after the show for footage from the party.

Sneaky Sunday, Esperanza, and Whynatte Pack Maxim Prime

August 5, 2008

It’s not unusual that Sneaky Sunday fills events with fun, attractive people. Nor is it unusual for Esperanza or Whynatte. But, no one could have expected that Maxim Prime’s rooftop lounge (on top of the Glenn Hotel) would be FULL about twenty minutes after it opened; even after intense storms closed many downtown streets and shut off power to traffic lights. Each bar in the hotel was also jammed with people who had hoped to get up on the roof.

Yes, this weekend’s festivities were a roaring success thanks to the rains holding off between 10PM and 2AM and our large crowd of new and old friends. A fashion show was held for Esperanza and Bill Hallman Designs around midnight, and the models sure looked stellar. (See picture above for Sneaky Interns Lauren Kridel, Brooke Brannon, and Nicole Bonano) $5 Whynatte’s kept the crowd going till the wee hours of the morning, and it wasnt till around 2AM when the lounge began to empty out.

Stay tuned for more events from Sneaky Sunday, Esperanza, and Whynatte.

What is Sneaky Sunday?

July 26, 2008

As SneakySunday.TV prepares to launch, we have put together a short video explaining “What is Sneaky Sunday?” The video, produced by Brian Hall, our executive producer of each of our short form videos, and Meredith Ley, Sneaky Sunday’s chief correspondent, takes a quick look at what Sneaky Sunday provides to its users.

Stay tuned for the continued growth of our video content and the Sneaky Sunday brand as a whole.

SNEAKYSUNDAY.TV

July 24, 2008

Yes, we have been talking about this (.TV) for a long time now.

But as you know, Sneaky Sunday is NOT about bulls**t gimmicks or advice. The long anticipated arrival of SneakySunday.tv is one of the most exciting things to hit the internet in the recent past. Not only does it represent the cutting edge of web design and technology, but it brings together one of Sneaky Sunday’s most popular features, the video review, into a site where it functions as the centerpiece.

With breathtaking quality and quick load times, as well as a new player which will be imported onto SneakySunday.com as well, SneakySunday.tv is positioned to revolutionize internet video.

Special consideration goes to John Davis, the mastermind behind the mind-blowing design, and Jason Williams, the programming guru behind SneakySunday.tv as well as all of SneakySunday’s offerings.

Sneaky Tuesdays

July 23, 2008

Despite the Sneaky Sunday crew’s tendency to work into the late hours of every evening, weekends included, a break was taken yesterday, so the team could … unwind. And unwind we did. With Brian Hall fearlessly driving the Sneaky bus, the team settled in and prepared for This is Henry who was playing at the Masquerade. What was suppose to be a relaxing evening began to turn wild as the trash can began to fill with empty bottles.

Following the show, the bus was loaded up and we were whisked away to Star Bar. Not to worry though, the Sneaky team went back to work this morning (all be it a tad later then normal), as development continues for SneakySunday.tv’s launch on July 28. Be sure to tune in as it will change forever how you watch our video reviews.

Meredith Ley featured in Peach Magazine

July 14, 2008

Meredith Ley is definitely enjoying her success as Sneaky Sunday’s Senior Correspondent. Perks of the position include frequenting the countries hottest nightspots, restaurants, hotels, spas, and boutiques, with lots of free samples along the way.

Sure, there is a glamorous side to Meredith’s work with SneakySunday and more specifically SneakySunday.TV, but this lifestyle can be rough. It takes a lot of energy and skill to coax the best out of each person interviewed, while maintaining a schedule of eight to ten shoots per day on some trips. The long hours don’t phase her though, as she aspires to one day be a network correspondent or news anchor.

Please still wear Sneaky shirts when you’re on CNN or ABC Meredith.

Sneaky Sunday ventures to Dave Matthews

July 9, 2008

The Sneaky team was sitting in its HQ Monday afternoon and was thinking, how can we promote SneakSunday.com in new and innovative ways? AND, how could we integrate, our users experiences into SneakySunday.TV pieces? A splendid new idea was born. What if, instead of sneaking out, we went out LARGE. Yes, REALLY LARGE in the recently repaired Sneaky Sunday Tour Bus.

Armed with a camera, a grill, hotdogs, beer, and a plethora of t-shirts, Sneaky Sunday headed to the Dave Matthews concert at Lakewood Amphitheater to tailgate with our team and the loving public. Who doesn’t want a couple of free t-shirts, right? After realizing how much more fun it was to have a designated driver for the entire team, and crowds of people CHASING our bus, we obviously decided that we would start doing this more often. Look for the Sneaky Bus in Atlanta, but it will also be traveling along the eastern seaboard this August. Honk or follow us for a t-shirts, a good time, and a chance to be featured on SneakySunday.TV.

Two of our Sneaky Sunday team members went to the concert, and spy-ed these concert goers representing the brand with their matching t-shirts.
